Information you choose to share
Our inquiry forms collect your name, contact details, property address, and the project information you enter. We use these details to respond, arrange a site walk, prepare a feasibility review, and discuss your project. Please avoid including sensitive financial records or identification documents in these forms.
Form delivery and website services
The site is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and may use technical request information for security and spam filtering. Access to inquiries is used to handle your request. Contact us if you want to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have submitted.
Optional property map and tours
Opening the interactive map, or submitting an address through the home-page property search, loads Canibuild. That service receives the address you search and technical information from your browser, and may use its own cookies or analytics. A 3D tour loads Momento360 when you choose to open one. These providers have their own privacy practices. You can request a site walk without opening these tools.
Browser storage and campaign information
We use session storage to carry your property address and campaign tags between pages during your visit. Campaign tags, such as the source or name of an advertisement, may accompany an inquiry so we can understand how you found us. This storage lasts for the browser session. Google Fonts also receives a browser request when the site loads its typefaces.
